I’m Dr. Tatiana Astray—a negotiation expert, leadership educator, and passionate advocate for evidence-based transformation.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked across sectors—including education, research, technology start-ups, marketing, finance, and government—designing and delivering high-impact programs that transform how people communicate, collaborate, and lead.

With a Ph.D. in Organization Studies (minor in Social Psychology), an M.Sc. in Marketing and Consumer Studies, and a B.Sc. in Psychology, I’ve built a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, organizational dynamics, and influence. My work is grounded by one central question: How can people work better together?
